TBA Studio renovated the three-story, 123,000 square foot facility that was donated to ULM. The goal was to create new facility offices, a large 48 station pharmacy care laboratory, a simulated pharmacy and hospital room, a patient education facility, and a sterile products compounding area with the renovation. This facility was outfitted with four large SMART classrooms.

This renovation was broken up into two phases. Phase I included the entire first floor and half of the second floor. Second floor offices, additional labs, and a conference room were added in Phase II.
